Week One of Training... check!
Our group started out training in Indianapolis, IN at the FEA Feild Staff Conference. Consultants from almost 40 other Greek organizations joined us in lectures, presentations, and othe facilitation activites to get us pumped for our year on the road.
Once we returned, the nine of us dove head first into training at DG Executive Offices. First stop: Finance training. This week: Programming and Rituals. Today we wrote our own personal mission statements and discussed their relevance to the Fraternity. This evening was action packed with pizza and bowling, a great bonding event with Laurie Roselle and Shannon Jensen.
